We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead one of our flagship Gascoigne-Pees offices in Guildford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-established, high-performing branch, supported by a strong sales and lettings team and an excellent pipeline of business.
Your Role and Key Responsibilities
As Branch Manager, you will take full ownership of the performance and growth of our Guildford residential sales team, while continuing to play a hands-on role in valuing and listing properties.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Drive business growth across instructions, revenue, and sales performance
- Maintain and enhance the branch’s local market presence
- Generate new business and deliver accurate, market-leading appraisals
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to ensure team success
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage
What We’re Looking For:
- Has proven experience in estate agency sales leadership
- Is highly motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
- Can lead from the front and inspire a team
- Excels at building relationships and winning instructions
- Full UK driving licence
What We Offer
- OTE of £70,000 – £80,000 with uncapped commission
