Branch Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic individual to lead our estate agency as a Branch Manager. This role is perfect for an experienced estate agency professional who is ready to step into a management role or advance their leadership career. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, expanding market share, and developing a high-performing team.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead daily meetings with the estate agency team.
- Coach the team to achieve KPIs and monitor individual performance.
- Encourage team development and progression.
- Focus strongly on generating new and repeat business.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors and buyers.
- Coordinate with prospective buyers and arrange property viewings.
- Negotiate offers and agree on sales while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within estate agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer position, or higher.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and create trusting relationships.
- Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch.
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to estate agency.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
- Renowned for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Packages with strong IT skills.
