We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a forward-thinking and highly successful estate agency in the Burnley area. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
  • Conduct team morning meetings and set daily priorities
  • Support, coach, and develop the team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Set and monitor individual and team performance goals
  • Conduct occasional property valuations (this is a branch-focused role)
  • Drive overall branch performance and business growth
  • Maintain high standards of customer service across all interactions

Branch Manager Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the estate agency sector
  • Proven ability to motivate, support, and develop a team
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
  • Passion for property and delivering results
  • Local area knowledge (advantageous)

What's on Offer?

  • Basic salary up to £35,000
  • OTE up to £45,000
  • Individual and team commission

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays (lieu time provided).
