Role Responsibilities
As Branch Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day running of the branch. Your focus will be on driving sales, maximising profitability, and leading a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full P&L responsibility for the branch
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers
- Driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities
- Leading, motivating and developing your team
- Managing stock, purchasing, logistics and operations
- Delivering against sales and performance targets
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll be a proactive, commercially-minded leader with a strong track-record in the electrical wholesale sector.
You will:
- Have experience as a Branch Manager or in a senior B2B sales role within electrical wholesale
- Be highly motivated with a proven ability to grow sales and margins
- Have strong knowledge of the local market
- Be a confident negotiator and relationship builder
