As a Brand Communications Manager, you'll help keep Specsavers front of mind through bold, engaging storytelling across PR, social and brand activation. From always-on campaigns to timely reactive moments, you'll play a key role in driving awareness and consideration, connecting with both new and existing customers in meaningful ways. We have an opportunity to join the team for up to 12 months.
In this role, you'll work closely with agency partners to plan and deliver standout consumer PR and social content, shaping creative ideas and ensuring everything lands with impact and stays true to brand. You'll manage campaigns end-to-end, monitor performance and competitor activity, and share clear insights to continually improve results, while collaborating across teams to keep everything aligned and moving forward.
We're looking for someone with strong experience in a fast-paced, direct-to-consumer environment, who brings deep knowledge of marketing communications, media channels and social strategy. You'll be confident managing multiple agencies and stakeholders, with excellent creative judgement and the ability to challenge and elevate work to the highest standard.
You'll also have the opportunity to support meaningful work through our homelessness programme, helping deliver communications that support our mission to change lives through better sight and hearing. .
