Key Responsibilities
- Generate and promote customer reviews, testimonials, and case studies
- Create compelling “Why Choose Us” and trust-led content
- Manage nurture journeys and targeted campaigns
- Track and optimise engagement and conversion performance
- Collaborate with branches to deliver local marketing support
- Produce engaging content from real customer stories and successes
- Support internal communications and brand messaging
- Coordinate campaigns and enhance reputation management
- Drive community engagement and local visibility initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Background in marketing, communications, or customer engagement
- Proven campaign delivery and brand-building experience
- Strong content creation and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Property sector experience (desirable, not essential)
