Hours: 37 per week, Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00
Key Responsibilities
- Site inspections: Minimum 3 days per week (preferably 4), ensuring compliance with building regulations.
- Emergency cover: Provide occasional weekend/evening support when required.
- Training support: Mentor and train a trainee surveyor.
- Team collaboration: Participate in meetings, training sessions, and peer reviews.
- Office duties: Two days per week in-office, balancing administrative and inspection tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum Class 2A validation (preferably Class 2F).
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and inspection processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to handle occasional emergency call-outs.
- Can make site inspection for at least four days a week and can cover the weekends on emergency call out – two days in office and able to do site inspections
