Building Manager, Central London
We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Building Manager to join a beautiful new co-living development in central London.
The role

Act as the main point of contact for residents, delivering an excellent customer experience.

Oversee lettings, voids, repairs, and day-to-day building operations.

Manage contractors, onsite staff, and compliance requirements.

Ensure the building is well maintained, safe, and presented to a high standard.

Support community building and resident engagement.
What we’re looking for

Experience in customer service, hospitality, PRS, or property management.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

Confidence using digital systems and working across multiple priorities.

A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to high standards.
