An experienced Building Surveyor is required to join the Major & Complex Loss Division of a renowned Global Loss Adjusters.
- You will play a vital part of the business, working alongside the vastly experienced team of M&CL Loss Adjusters handling the more complex and technical claims consisting of a diverse portfolio up to £1m and in excess of.
- As an experienced Building Surveyor and being part of the Major & Complex Loss Division, you will attend site visits to carry out investigations working closely with all relevant parties including Local Authorities, Solicitors, Repair Contractors, Building Control etc and be the main point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the claims.
About you:
- An experienced Buildings Surveyor with a background in Insurance or Building Reinstatement/Damaged Buildings
- A wealth of knowledge and experience with Building Construction and Building regulations
- Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal and face to face
- Up to date technical knowledge and experience of structural repair methods, cost valuation and regulatory requirements
- Computer literate and be comfortable by using various IT systems
- Be comfortable travelling with the occasional overnight stay as required
- Industry Qualifications – MRICS, MCIOB or similar
- A full Clean Driving Licence
- Salary up to £90,000 per annum, plus annual bonus, Car or Car allowance etc
