An experienced Business Analyst is required for an interim role supporting a major housing improvement programme. You will assess current processes, gather requirements, and drive improvements to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and outcomes.

Description
- Gather and document business requirements across housing services.
- Work closely with Programme Managers to support delivery of improvement initiatives.
- Analyse existing processes and identify efficiencies and service enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Create process maps, business cases, and functional specifications.
- Support implementation of system and service changes.
- Track benefits realisation and programme outcomes.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and service standards.
- Provide data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
Profile
A successful Business Analyst should have:
- Proven experience in analysing and improving business processes within the public sector.
- Strong understanding of technology and its application in service transformation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in creating process documentation and business cases.
- A methodical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
