We're partnering with a fast-growing digital consultancy looking to appoint a Business Analyst to support the delivery of cutting-edge eCommerce platforms and AI solutions for an impressive portfolio of well-known retail and consumer brands.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll play a key role throughout the full project lifecycle while helping organisations unlock the potential of AI.
The Role
As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers and clients to gather requirements, define solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
You'll also support AI discovery workshops, identify automation opportunities and help shape innovative AI-powered business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate client requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support the delivery of complex eCommerce website projects.
- Lead AI discovery sessions and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- Work closely with development teams during backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Participate in client workshops and technical discussions.
- Help define scalable business and technical solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered against business objectives and user needs.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst delivering digital or eCommerce projects.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Magento 2, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Shopware.
- Understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL or SOAP services.
- Experience using API testing tools such as Postman.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with AI workflow and automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Windmill.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
- Digital agency or consultancy experience.
- Experience working across multiple client projects.
