Business Analyst – Food Retailer/FMCG
– Initial 6 month contract
– Hybrid with occasional travel to offices in central Lincoln
– Day rate up to £500 per day inside IR35
– Previous experience within the retail/FMCG sector is required to be considered suitable
– Planned start date – July 2026
A successful retail business is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join them during a busy period of transformation.
This role will be responsible for;
– In depth business analysis (as is/to be) of retail processes and transformation projects
– Identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and process mapping
– Requirements gathering
– Internal/external stakeholder management
– Project documentation
To be considered suitable you MUST have the following:
– Proven BA experience covering the retail/FMCG sector and processes (and/or POS, Inventory Management, Supply Chain etc.).
– Ability to visit Lincoln offices as required
– Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills- Agile/Waterfall understanding
– Ability to map and detail processes
