Business Development Coordinator (Private Investment Funds)
London | Hybrid (3 days in office)
Join a high-performing, globally recognised professional services environment supporting one of the most dynamic and strategically important Private Investment Funds (PIF) practices. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Business Development professional to play a key role in elevating client engagement, strengthening market presence, and driving growth.
What you'll do
- Support the delivery of impactful client pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Maintain and develop marketing materials, credentials, and BD resources
- Coordinate legal directory and awards submissions (e.g. Chambers, Legal 500)
- Conduct market, client, and industry research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate across teams to plan and execute events, campaigns, and sponsorships
- Track BD activity, client intelligence, and engagement using CRM tools
- Assist with practice planning, reporting, budgets, and internal communications
- Help raise the profile of the practice and its lawyers through targeted initiatives
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in business development, marketing, or a client-facing role (professional services preferred)
- Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset with the confidence to work across seniority levels
- Experience with CRM and research tools (e.g. InterAction, PitchBook, Preqin) is a plus
- Interest in private markets or financial services advantageous
