Via is supporting a fast-growing PropTech business in the search for ambitious Business Development Executives.

The Opportunity
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging high-performing estate agencies, introducing them to the platform and developing long-term commercial partnerships.
You'll own your pipeline from prospecting through to onboarding, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
With uncapped earning potential and plenty of opportunities for progression, this role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals looking to accelerate their careers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with estate agencies across the UK
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Managing your own pipeline and sales activity
- Conducting consultative conversations and understanding customer needs
- Handling objections and communicating value effectively
- Supporting clients through the onboarding process
- Acting as a trusted partner and ensuring customers maximise the value of the platform
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience from first contact onwards
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a B2B sales, business development or account management role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience handling objections and negotiating with confidence
- A consultative approach to sales
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ambitious, driven and eager to progress within a growing business
Experience selling into the property, estate agency or PropTech sector would be advantageous, but is not essential.
