This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and speaking with decision-makers. You'll play a key role in identifying potential clients, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the wider sales team in securing new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospective business customers to introduce the company's services and identify opportunities.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their business requirements.
- Gather relevant information during the qualification process, including supplier details, contract information, and business needs.
- Qualify and schedule appointments for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all activity within the CRM system.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Ensure all sales activities are carried out in line with relevant industry regulations and company procedures.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
About You
- Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, customer engagement, or business development.
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Organised with good attention to detail and CRM experience.
- Comfortable speaking with senior business stakeholders.
