Key responsibilities
- Design, plan and implement strategies that align with the company's business goals to drive growth.
- Target new customer acquisition within selected market sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with account management, operations and marketing teams.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across key functions to enhance customer engagement.
- Support the company's marketing agenda, including website development, PR/social media efforts, and industry event participation.
- Work closely with the marketing function to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor and report on the performance of commercial activities using the company's CRM system and key metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify commercial opportunities and understand future threats.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the senior leadership team (SLT)
- Assist in setting financial targets and developing budgets to support the company's growth strategy.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with targets.
