Key responsibilities

  • Design, plan and implement strategies that align with the company's business goals to drive growth.
  • Target new customer acquisition within selected market sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with account management, operations and marketing teams.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across key functions to enhance customer engagement.
  • Support the company's marketing agenda, including website development, PR/social media efforts, and industry event participation.
  • Work closely with the marketing function to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of commercial activities using the company's CRM system and key metrics.
  • Conduct market research to identify commercial opportunities and understand future threats.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the senior leadership team (SLT)
  • Assist in setting financial targets and developing budgets to support the company's growth strategy.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with targets.
