Business Development Manager;

We have partnered with a well-established provider of water hygiene, compliance and risk management services, supporting clients across both the private and public sectors.

Their mission is to keep relevant systems safe, compliant, and efficient, while delivering outstanding service and long-term client partnerships.

They are now looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help expand their client base and strengthen their presence in this niche market.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing long-term relationships within the water hygiene and compliance sector.

This is a field-based, client-facing role where you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, through to closing and account development.

Key requirements for the Business Development Manager role;

  • Proven B2B field sales, business development experience
  • Confident selling consultative, compliance-based or service contracts
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
  • Comfortable managing your own diary and pipeline
  • A full UK Drivers Licence

Desirable (not essential)

  • Experience in water hygiene, facilities management, or environmental compliance
