Looking for a Business Development role where you can use your sales expertise and property knowledge to drive real commercial growth?

We're recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a recognised professional body within the property sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded sales professional to represent a reputable brand, selling services to estate agencies across London and the South of England.

This is a home-based position with regular travel across the Home Counties and London, offering strong earning potential, career progression, and the chance to work within a respected national organisation.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients within the estate agency sector
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agencies across your region
  • Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the South of England
  • Represent the organisation at meetings, events, and client visits
  • Drive revenue growth through a consultative and solutions-led sales approach
  • Manage your own pipeline and work towards agreed performance targets

Business Development Manager Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or property sales
  • Strong ability to close business and build client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confident telephone manner and professional approach
  • Target-driven, proactive, and commercially aware mindset
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Willingness to travel regularly across London and the Home Counties

What's on Offer?

  • £40,000 basic salary
  • £55,000 – £65,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)

Working Arrangements
