Looking for a Business Development role where you can use your sales expertise and property knowledge to drive real commercial growth?
We're recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a recognised professional body within the property sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded sales professional to represent a reputable brand, selling services to estate agencies across London and the South of England.
This is a home-based position with regular travel across the Home Counties and London, offering strong earning potential, career progression, and the chance to work within a respected national organisation.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients within the estate agency sector
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agencies across your region
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the South of England
- Represent the organisation at meetings, events, and client visits
- Drive revenue growth through a consultative and solutions-led sales approach
- Manage your own pipeline and work towards agreed performance targets
Business Development Manager Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or property sales
- Strong ability to close business and build client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident telephone manner and professional approach
- Target-driven, proactive, and commercially aware mindset
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Willingness to travel regularly across London and the Home Counties
What's on Offer?
- £40,000 basic salary
- £55,000 – £65,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)

Working Arrangements
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
