We are pleased to be working with a well established lender of Short Term property finance.
The business is built on providing an exceptional customer service working closely with financial intermediaries and property professionals throughout the UK.
Your key role will be to promote and increase awareness of the products and ensure an exceptional customer service to clients.
We are looking for a candidate who can cover Midlands.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and developing relationships with financial intermediaries, property investors and property developers throughout the UK
- Developing new business, identifying and optimising funding opportunities through our established large database of financial intermediaries and Property investors
- Managing relationships ensuring an exceptional customer service at all times
- Full management of a funding application from application to completion
- Ensuring award winning service levels are maintained
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience within a secured lending or residential mortgage market
- Knowledge of the bridging finance market
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional telephone manner
- A passion for property
- Proven Experience of working with and managing client and broker relationships
