About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven Business Developer who brings deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and the ability to independently identify and convert new business opportunities. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and delivering tailored workspace solutions that exceed expectations.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Proactively generate and qualify leads within the office fitout market.
- Leverage your existing network to open doors and build long-term client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking using Salesforce and Pipedrive.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development within the office fitout or commercial interiors sector.
- Strong personal network and industry connections.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and excellent communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to sales.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Pipedrive CRM platforms.
