Business Development Manager – Medical Devices (Infusion Therapy)
South East UK | £45–55K (Some negotiation) + 30% Bonus + Car/Allowance

We’re partnering with a well-established, internationally recognised medical devices company (40+ years heritage, presence in 50+ countries) that is entering an exciting phase of strategic UK growth. With ambitious plans to double in size over the next 3–4 years, this is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of a high-potential territory across the South East, working with leading hospitals and anaesthetists, driving adoption of premium ambulatory infusion technology within acute pain management.
This is not a passive account management role. We’re looking for someone who:
Hunts for new business relentlessly -Builds clinical and economic value-based arguments -Thrives on autonomy and accountability – Consistently exceeds targets
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving new business and account growth across hospital environments
- Selling premium infusion devices based on clinical outcomes and ROI—not price
- Engaging with anaesthetists, pain teams, and key clinical stakeholders
- Managing both capital and consumable sales cycles
- Acting as a true business owner for your territory

- Full UK driving licence & willingness to travel
