Business Development Specialist

I am working with a leading international law firm to appoint a Business Development Specialist within their London office, supporting their Finance, Business Restructuring and Real Estate practices.

This is a permanent, full-time position sitting within a high-performing business development team, with exposure to both UK and European markets and close collaboration with colleagues globally.

In this role, I am seeking an individual who can support the delivery of strategic business development initiatives, including business planning, client development, and profile-raising activity. You will contribute to the preparation of pitches and proposals, coordinate client-facing activity and events, undertake market and client research, and help maintain high-quality marketing materials and internal reporting processes. The position offers strong visibility with partners and the opportunity to play an active role in key client relationships and growth initiatives.

I am particularly interested in candidates with at least three years' experience in business development or marketing within a professional services environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. An understanding of finance or private capital markets would be advantageous but is not required.
