Business Development Support Executive

Leeds (outskirts)

£14,000 – £15,000 per annum

Part-time – 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)

Our client, a well-established, family-run Civil Engineering business based on the outskirts of Leeds, is looking to recruit a part-time Business Development Support Executive.

This role would suit someone with around 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position. Industry experience is helpful but not essential, as full support and training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting new and existing customers via phone, email, and online enquiries
  • Processing plant and contractor orders
  • Maintaining website and social media updates
  • Monitoring plant availability and coordinating with contractors and clients
  • Updating records on the internal CRM system
  • Assisting the Sales team with new business opportunities
  • Preparing and sending correspondence and documentation
  • Providing a consistently high level of customer service

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Confident IT skills, including Excel
  • Good attention to detail and numerical ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment
