Business Development Support Executive
Leeds (outskirts)
£14,000 – £15,000 per annum
Part-time – 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)
Our client, a well-established, family-run Civil Engineering business based on the outskirts of Leeds, is looking to recruit a part-time Business Development Support Executive.
This role would suit someone with around 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position. Industry experience is helpful but not essential, as full support and training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting new and existing customers via phone, email, and online enquiries
- Processing plant and contractor orders
- Maintaining website and social media updates
- Monitoring plant availability and coordinating with contractors and clients
- Updating records on the internal CRM system
- Assisting the Sales team with new business opportunities
- Preparing and sending correspondence and documentation
- Providing a consistently high level of customer service
Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Confident IT skills, including Excel
- Good attention to detail and numerical ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment
