We are looking for a business-minded and target-driven individual to join our business.
Consulting for a wide range of household brand companies, you'll be joining a dynamic industry that is competitive, social and successful.
Our team delivers excellent new customer sales, customer service and product solutions to a broad customer base.
As a Business Trainee you will:
- Build and develop relationships with customers
- Maximise the profitability of your accounts and win new business
- Support the manager(s) creating an inclusive working environment with a customer-first culture
- Use your product knowledge and customer service skills to promote the company as a supplier of choice
- Relevant sales experience as a top salesperson and knowledge of the Nottingham market
- Fantastic interpersonal skills where you feel comfortable talking to all members of the internal business and customers.
- Reporting and hitting targets comes second nature to you – good excel/google sheets skills
- You remain calm under pressure and are someone a team can look to for advice and guidance
- Proactive, with a ‘let’s get it done’ attitude.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Familiar with lead management and data performance
- Capable of managing agent compliance in line with best industry practices
- Ability to manage agent performance and growth
- Experience in strategic sales planning and implementing sales strategies
- Energy to work speedily and with accuracy in a pressurised sales environment
- Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with proven management abilities
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
