About the Role
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a Financial Services organisation’s central BI team. You will deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics that support key business areas including Development Finance, Wholesale, and Asset Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver BI reporting, dashboards, and analytics using Tableau / Power BI
- Write and optimise SQL queries to extract and analyse data
- Maintain and enhance reporting systems and automate reporting processes
- Support business stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and insights
- Partner with teams to define reporting requirements and KPIs
- Support change and transformation projects from a data perspective
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting output
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve business performance
About You
- Experience in BI, MI, or Data Analytics roles
- Background in Financial Services or Banking (essential)
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
- Advanced Tableau skills (Power BI desirable)
- Strong Excel and analytical capability
- Able to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Agile / Jira experience
- Knowledge of data warehousing (ETL, Data Vault)
- Exposure to advanced analytics or AI reporting
