Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing a portfolio of clients across accounts and business services, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day queries and advisory work
- Overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts, management accounts, and associated compliance work to a high standard
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting junior members of the team, contributing to their technical development and progression
- Identifying opportunities to add value to client relationships through proactive advisory input and business development activity
- Collaborating with partners and senior stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of work across the department
Requirements
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience, with a strong technical grounding in accounts and business services
- Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships with confidence and professionalism
- Experience in leading or mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
