Crowe Watson Recruitment
A motivated and ambitious Business Services Semi Senior is sought by a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Colchester, and this is a role that offers genuine variety, a supportive and experienced team, and a firm with a strong reputation in the local market for developing the people who work there, with flexible working, a company pension, and much more on offer.
Crowe Watson Recruitment is a specialist accountancy recruiter with a genuine understanding of the accountancy market, and the team brings a level of insight and care to every search that candidates consistently value. Rather than approaching recruitment as a transactional exercise, Crowe Watson takes the time to understand each candidate’s individual circumstances, ambitions, and preferences, ensuring that any opportunity presented is a considered and genuine match rather than simply the next available vacancy. That personal and thoughtful approach is what has built Crowe Watson’s reputation across the region.
As Business Services Semi Senior, you will work across a varied portfolio of clients, assisting with accounts preparation and developing a broad range of technical and client-facing skills under the guidance of an experienced and supportive team. For a part-qualified accountancy professional who is serious about their development and looking for a firm that will genuinely support their progress, this is a role well worth pursuing. You might not meet all the criteria, but if you are passionate about developing yourself and your career, we’d love to hear from you.
