As a Business Services Senior Manager, you will play a leading role in the day-to-day management of the team, taking responsibility for a varied client portfolio while supporting the development of more junior colleagues. Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing a portfolio of clients across business services, providing high-quality accounts, advisory, and compliance services
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of junior and semi-senior staff to achieve their potential
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships
- Identifying opportunities for business development and contributing to the growth of the firm
- Overseeing workflow management, reviewing work, and ensuring delivery to the highest standard
Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with significant post-qualification experience in a business services environment
- Proven experience at Manager or Senior Manager level, with a track record of leading teams and managing client portfolios
- Strong technical knowledge across accounts preparation, management accounts, and associated advisory services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
