Location: Canterbury, Kent
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
The Opportunity
We are seeking an organised and proactive Business Support Officer to join a busy housing-focused organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and operational teams.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Process invoices, purchase orders and financial information.
- Produce reports and management information.
- Manage correspondence, emails and enquiries.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
About You
- Previous experience within administration or business support.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
