Business Support Administrator

The Role
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help ensure projects, processes and day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating projects, meetings and team activities
- Maintaining accurate records, reports and documentation
- Preparing presentations, spreadsheets and business correspondence
- Liaising with stakeholders across multiple teams
- Monitoring deadlines and following up on actions
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Ensuring information is accurate and presented to a high standard
About You
- Previous administration, coordination or business support experience
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
