Business Support Administrator | Feltham | £28k- £35k (DOE)
Sheridan Maine are looking for an organised and proactive Business Support Administrator to assist with the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office based in the Feltham area. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll help manage the service desk, process orders and support accounts administration.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Answer and manage customer calls, emails, and enquiries
- Schedule engineer visits and maintain service diaries
- Process orders, invoices, and dispatch parts
- Support engineers with job updates and administration
- Coordinate repairs, servicing, and maintenance bookings
- Assist with accounts administration, payment chasing, and customer queries
- Maintain accurate records, data entry, and supplier documentation
- Provide general office, logistics, and administrative support
Skills and experience required for the role:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and office systems
- A reliable team player willing to support across multiple functions
- Experience in service desk, customer service, office administration, or order processing
- Knowledge of invoicing, credit control, or accounts administration
