My client are an international manufacturing business who are market leaders in their field looking to expand their UK Head Office in Manchester. They are looking to recruit a Business Support Manager to join their busy team and oversee general day to day office operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong Administration skills, be an excellent communicator and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
As a Business Support Manager your duties will include:
- Responding to customer emails and general enquiries
- Invoicing and raising PO’s
- Ordering office stationery and supplies
- Assisting with credit control
- Maintaining internal systems
- File and document management
As a Business Support Manager you will have the following skills:
- Previous Administration experience is essential
- Previous knowledge of Sage would be ideal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Highly Proficient on Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Please note: The working hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm and Friday 8am – 2pm
