We currently have a vacancy within Business Support for an experienced and organised individual to join a busy office-based team. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations through effective coordination, oversight, and administrative support.
The position would suit someone confident in managing people, processes, and data within a structured office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Line management, staff supervision, and completion of annual performance reviews
- Managing workloads and coordinating team rotas
- Data management, reporting, and quality assurance
- Budget monitoring and supporting budgetary processes
- Coordinating and supporting multiple areas of work across services
About You:
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in line management and staff supervision
- Strong organisational and workload management skills
- Experience handling data, quality assurance, and reporting
- Budgetary or financial administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work proactively and coordinate across different service areas
