Academics is seeking enthusiastic and qualified CACHE Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to work across a range of nurseries throughout East Sussex on a flexible, ad hoc basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced early years professionals who are looking for flexible work that fits around their lifestyle while gaining experience in a variety of nursery settings. Whether you are looking for occasional shifts or regular temporary work, we have opportunities available to suit your availability.
The Role
- Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 years.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
- Deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met at all times.
- Adapt quickly to different nursery settings and teams.
Requirements
- CACHE Level 3 Qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent Level 3 Early Years qualification).
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
