Walsall Specsavers – Call Centre Assistant

As a Call Centre Assistant at Specsavers, you'll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration including NHS forms and triaging, answering calls and general queries, updating & filing records, and managing appointments. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store's success.

What we're looking for?
Some of the skills we're looking for include:
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Outstanding customer service approach, able to provide support and reassurance to customers via email and on the phone
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relationships with a wide range of people
- Previous experience of working within an audiology/optics environment desireable but not required
