Are you a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills? Our client in Southend is looking for a Call Centre / Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Assisting customers with queries and providing accurate information
- Updating and maintaining records on internal systems
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times

- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
