Our client, a highly successful main dealership in Croydon, is seeking an experienced and driven Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established dealer group that offers an excellent working environment, genuine career progression, and a highly competitive remuneration package.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and promote new and used vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Achieve agreed sales targets for new and used vehicles, as well as finance and add-on products
- Build strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable vehicles
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring repeat business and long-term customer satisfaction
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ car sales experience
- Stable and consistent career history
- Experience working within a structured sales process (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
