With a strong flow of customer enquiries, excellent earning potential, and significant investment in the dealership, this is a fantastic time to join the team.
What's on Offer
- Basic Salary: £18,000
- OTE: £56,000+ (Uncapped)
- Company car
- Excellent earning potential with uncapped commission
- No Sunday working
- One weekday off every week
- Ongoing career development within a growing dealership
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- No Sundays
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry through to handover.
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending the right vehicle and finance solutions.
- Achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Following up leads and maximising every sales opportunity.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous sales experience (automotive experience is desirable but not essential).
- Is confident, motivated, and target-driven.
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
- Is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
