About the job
This role is ideal for someone with prior sales experience, ideally within the caravan or holiday home industry. However, we also welcome motivated individuals with a strong desire to succeed, as full training can be provided.
Working Pattern
- 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
- Full-time

Duties & Expectations
- Taking photographs and helping to advertise stock online
- Preparing starter packs and getting units ready for customers viewing
- Organise and able to manage a variety of tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, from pre-sales to after-sales support.
- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, i.e. telephones/face to face.
- Proactive pursuit, generation and follow up of leads.
- Assist with marketing and social media updates.
- Any other duties that the company may assign to you from time to time within the range of your skills and experience.
- Compiling accurate quotations and supporting our clients through the sale and design process.
- An eye for detail and the ability to respond to customer requirements in a timely manner.
- To be technically minded with the ability to understand products suited for certain customers
- Keeping up to date on the latest products and industry best practice.
- Able to adapt to the company’s needs in the way we deliver our service.
- Have a good understanding for figures, and fluent in general business acumen
- Building strong, trusted relationships with potential customers
Pay: Basic £28,275.00 + bonus to take to total ITR £50,000.00 per year
