A warm and welcoming residential care home supporting 35 residents in a beautiful rural location near Navenby is currently seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join their friendly night team.
The home provides high-quality, person-centred care within modern facilities and has built an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding support in a genuine family atmosphere.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents throughout the night, ensuring their comfort, safety, dignity and wellbeing. You will provide compassionate care, respond to residents’ needs and help create a calm and reassuring environment.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality person-centred care
- Supporting residents with personal care and mobility needs
- Carrying out regular welfare checks and responding to call bells
- Assisting residents with bedtime and morning routines
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Promoting residents’ independence, dignity and wellbeing
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent standards of care
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential
- Caring, reliable and compassionate nature
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A genuine passion for supporting older people
