Care Coordinator – £27,000 to £32,000 DOE – Leeds
We are currently recruiting an experienced Care Coordinator to join a well-established domiciliary care provider in Leeds. This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, offering a salary of £27,000 to £32,000 per year, depending on experience.
This is a hands-on and fast-paced position that requires flexibility, as you may be required to support colleagues and other departments when needed. Previous experience within a domiciliary care setting is essential.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing and managing staff rotas to ensure all care calls are covered
- Liaising with hospitals, GPs, social services and families to support service users
- Completing care assessments and reviews to maintain high standards of care
- Managing and participating in the on-call rota
