We’re recruiting Night Shift Team Leaders — and for a limited time, we’re offering a £1500 Joining Bonus to external candidates joining our teams at Otterbourne Hill or St Giles View.
You’ll receive £750 in your first payroll after joining, and a further £750 once you pass probation, recognising both your commitment and your contribution to stable night-time leadership.

We’re recruiting Care Team Leaders – Nights to guide our night teams, uphold excellent standards, and ensure residents receive safe, person-centred support throughout the night.

What You’ll Do

Lead and coordinate the night care team

Oversee personal and psychological care, ensuring consistency and compassion

Support care planning and resident assessments

Carry out clinical observations and refer appropriately to registered nurses

Administer medication under a delegation model

Supervise and coach team members through 1:1s and development planning
About You
-
Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent)

Experienced in supervising or leading staff in a residential or nursing home

Calm, confident, and passionate about person-centred care

Comfortable with medication administration and digital care systems

Eager to build your career, including through funded CHaPs training
