Coach Driver

1 Year Contract
The role operates a two-week rotating pattern currently estimated to be:
o week 1 – 07:00 – 15:00hrs daily
o week 2 – 10:00 – 18:00 hrs daily
We are looking for a CAT D and D1 Driver to work on a long term contract.
You will need:
Cat D vehicle Licence for coaches
Responsibilities:
• This driver role is required to operate vehicles in full compliance with all civilian and military laws, regulations and safety standards.
• You will be driving 54 & 59 multi axle – seat coaches, minibus and occasionally cars.
• Responsible for the transportation (shuttle service).
• Responsible for carrying out the daily completion of vehicle maintenance checks, vehicle husbandry and all associated vehicle documentation.
• This role requires good time management, sound judgement when making immediate decisions and to work.
• Manage the registration of personnel boarding the coaches and ensure a safe handover to a duty person upon arrival, maintaining full duty of care throughout.
Essential:
• This role requires good time management, sound judgement and the ability to work independently when making immediate decisions.
• Must hold a clean driving licence Cat B, CAT D & Cat D1
