Centre Executive
We are looking for a customer-focused and highly organised Centre Executive.
- In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, effective operation day to day and revenue growth.
- You will be acting in a supervisory capacity to centre operation assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service and customer relations
- Operations management
- Sales and KPI target leadership
- Supervisory role to assistants
- Financial management
- Policy and compliance
- Training and development
- Health and safety
The ideal candidate would have:
- A proven record in revenue generation within a customer facing environment
- Strong commercial and sales acumen
- Strong leadership skills
- The ability to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Knowledge and Experience required:
Proficiency in Microsoft office 365 & CRM software
Minimum grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
