Salary: £45,000–£50,000 + up to 25% site bonus (upon successful completion of probation)
A leading co-working company are looking for a talented Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of one of their premium workspaces.
This is the role that ensures every client enjoys an exceptional experience, every day. You'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards across the building, supporting a small on-site team, and helping create a thriving professional community.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Running the centre to an exceptional standard every day
- Managing and supporting on-site staff, including front-of-house, cleaning and maintenance teams
- Building strong client relationships and responding to day-to-day needs
- Supporting client service reviews, renewals and billing processes
- Maintaining centre standards, H&S compliance and basic site HR administration
- Organising events and fostering a vibrant client community
- Deputising for the General Manager when required

- Positive, energetic and naturally engaging with clients and colleagues
- Highly organised, calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Ready to take on leadership responsibility and develop a small team
- Ambitious and eager to progress into a General Manager role
- Industry experience isn't essential — attitude, character and a growth mindset matter most
