To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who has worked in a CFD Trading Operations role, and would love to join a company at this stage of their evolution, where in time the role will see you support all trading activities and deal with the lifecycles of the trades, corporate actions and broker recs. In the early stages you will be working with the front office in making sure all platform configurations are setup up, instruments are created, exchange holidays are logged and exposure to liquidity and bridge solutions (like oneZero and Gold-i) are setup. This should all be familiar to anyone who comes from a CFD trading operations background and preference will be given to those who can showcase this on a CV and a desire to want to learn the rest in interview.
This role focuses on day-to-day processing, reconciliations, issue investigation and resolution, with emphasis on control adherence to ensure the integrity of client positions, cash movements, and operational data. The Operations Specialist plays a key role in safeguarding client assets, supporting operational stability, and reducing operational risk, and a successful individual will want to be part of a high-growth company.
