What you'll be doing
- Run your own section during prep and service
- Prepare fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard
- Support menu development and daily specials
- Assist with stock control and food costing
- Maintain excellent Food Safety and HACCP standards
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Fresh food background
- Organised, reliable, and a strong team player
- Passion for quality ingredients and consistent cooking
