A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Chef in Witney, Oxfordshire, offering consistent hours, weekly pay and the security of a 12-week temporary to permanent position. This role is ideal for a Chef de Partie-level professional looking for a structured kitchen environment, regular weekday shifts and weekends off.
Working Monday to Friday, 18:00-02:00, this Chef position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career while maintaining a work-life balance. Due to the shift finish time, applicants must have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
As a Chef, you'll help deliver a high-quality food service by:
- Managing and running a designated kitchen section
- Preparing and presenting dishes to agreed quality standards
- Organising mise en place to ensure efficient service
- Supporting and supervising junior kitchen staff
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Monitoring stock levels, portion control and minimising waste
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure consistency
What we're looking for
To be successful as a Chef, you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience at Chef de Partie level or similar
- Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- A good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Leadership skills to support junior team members
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- A reliable and professional approach to work
