The Role
You will be providing high-quality care and support to children and young people, helping them build confidence, develop life skills, and feel safe. This role spans both residential care homes and community-based support.

What We Are Looking For

Proven Experience: You must have prior experience working with children in a residential or community care setting.

Resilience & Empathy: A calm demeanor, thick skin, and a big heart are essential for navigating challenging behaviors and emotional breakthroughs.

Adaptability: Ability to hit the ground running and adapt to different environments and routines quickly.

Mobility: A clean UK driving license is preferable but not essential (as long as you can reliably travel to shifts across Shropshire).
