Our Client, a Greater Manchester council, is seeking a Team Manager to join their Children with Disability Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
- Lead, supervise, and support social workers and practitioners to maintain high-quality practice.
- Provide management oversight on complex cases, risk assessments, and decision-making.
- Ensure statutory duties are met for CIN, CP, LAC, and other CWD-related processes.
- Oversee timely and effective assessments, planning, and reviews to meet children’s needs.
- Promote multi-agency collaboration with health, education, and SEND partners.
- Monitor team performance, ensuring quality, timeliness, and professional standards.
- Support staff development through supervision, coaching, and reflective practice.
- Contribute to service improvement and development of CWD pathways and processes.
Requirements of this role
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
